No Bake Better than Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients

Crust:

120g (1 cup) Oats blended

100g (1 cup) Pecans blended

2tbs + 2tsp Chia seeds soaked in 80ml (1/3 cup) water

60ml (1/4 cup) Maple syrup

Filling:

155g (1 cup) Medjool dates

3tbsp Maple syrup

2tbsp Water

3tbsp Cinnamon

Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Blend together the blended oats, blended pecans, soaked chia seeds (they should have absorbed the water) & maple syrup until it forms a dough

  2. Spread out into a rectangle on parchment paper 25cm long and spread the width until it is about 0.5cm thick.

  3. Blend the filling ingredients and spread on top of the crust

  4. Roll using the parchment paper and hands

  5. Refrigerate overnight

  6. Cut into rolls
