Easy at Home Rose Matcha

My favourite matcha drink is the Rose collagen latte from Jenki cafe in Selfridges, London. I’ve been trying to come up with a healthy version at home, its not the same but guilt free!

Method:

Step 1: choose your favourite matcha

Step 2: add rose water and hibiscus to a half shot and let infuse while the water boils.

Step 3: Add your water and blend you matcha (I use an electric handheld milk frother because I’m lazy)

Step 4: Add the rose water hibiscus infusion (I leave the hibiscus in the cup to infuse further but you could probably infuse it beforehand to get the flavour stronger before adding

Step 5: Add your milk of choice (if it’s nut milk try and find a clean version)

Optional: Add a natural sweetener like stevia, honey or agave if you like your matcha sweeter.

Step 6: Mix together and enjoy!
