Cookie Dough
Ingredients:
Organic Oats (200ml container)
Clean nut milk or cow’s milk (200ml container)
Nut Butter (1 heaping table spoon)
Dark Chocolate
Medjool Dates (3 per 200ml container) - if your dates are very hard add to water to soften before
Method:
Step 1: Blend your oats. I usually blend more than I need and keep the flour so I can make portions later in the week and skip this step.
Step 2: Take Equal portions oat flour and milk of your choice and mix together (I mix this with a spoon in the blender.
Step 3: Add heaping table spoon nut butter and dates to your taste (The more you add the sweeter and stickier of a texture you will have).
Step 4: blend (not very long just until everything is mixed together and the dates are soft
Step 5: Chop the dark chocolate and add to the mixture
Step 6: Put it in the fridge for at least 15 minutes and enjoy!
